Eligibility for Returns:
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Customized or personalized products.
- Items marked as “Final Sale.”
- Gift cards and perishable items (if applicable).
Return Process:
- Initiate a Return: Email us at arunacreationss@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- Approval & Instructions: Once approved, we will provide return shipping instructions.
- Inspection & Refund: Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
Return Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
- In case of a defective or incorrect item, we will cover return shipping costs and provide a prepaid shipping label.
